The Kodak Luma 500 pico projector has been announced by C+A Global as a portable piece of multimedia equipment that's suited for creating immersive entertainment experiences from the home and beyond. The projector is paired with a 0.23-inch DLP chip despite its small size that's rated to pump out Full HD visuals to support HDR content and even 4K media. The unit has a 1.2:1 throw ratio that will support a potential maximum image size of 150-inches from 12.5-feet back.
The Kodak Luma 500 pico projector runs Google TV with popular streaming apps already installed for immediate use right out of the box. The unit boasts dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth, while the 10,500mAh battery inside is rated for two-hours of use per charge.
